Residential Night Support Worker, £8.00-£8.75, Dorset, Children, Autism.

Your new company
Our Client, based in the heart of Dorset, are looking for Night Support Workers, to help care and support 7-19 year olds with Autism. They have 28 acres of land, as well as a theatre, sports hall, riding arenas and a swimming pool, to give the children the best possible experience.

Your new role
As a Night Support Worker, you will work 12 hour shifts from 8pm-8am, with 4 days on followed by 4 days off. You will put the children's needs first at all times, providing fantastic support for them both physically and emotionally.

What you'll need to succeed
Ideally you will already have experience as a Support Worker for children. Access to a car and a Driving Licence are desirable due to the large grounds and facilities, but not essential.
