A growing and forward thinking organisation are looking to recruit a Support Worker for one of their homes in Norfolk. £17000.00 - £21000.00 per annum.

Your new company
The service provides support and care for children young and adults with EBD who are looking to become independent. All the residents have a detailed person centred plan which sets out their goals for developing independence. The organisation is passionate about the service they provide and the team they recruit.

Your new role
You will be supporting children and young adults within a residential living environment, ensuring they receive the highest levels of care and support which is appropriate to their individual needs. The role will be located in Norfolk and these shifts will be over 7 days a week, so being flexible is really essential to the role.

What you'll need to succeed
You should have minimum 12 months experience working in a similar setting, and have completed the NVQ level 3 in Children and Young People.
