Domiciliary Care Worker. £8.24 - £8.40 per hour, Reading, 25p per mile - Flexible shifts to suit you.

Your new role
As a Care assistant you will support the vulnerable adults to help live as independently as possible. This can include providing emotional, physical and personal support.

Some duties you may be expected to assist with would be, supporting to get ready for the day/ bed, managing toilet needs, meal/snack and drink preparation, administration of medication and welfare checks.

You may also assist with general household duties and will act as a companion to support the vulnerable adults to get out and about to do their shopping, go to the cinema or visit a relative.

What you'll need to succeed
My client are not only interested in qualifications or experience instead they want charismatic individuals with a caring and compassionate nature with a passion for providing the highest level of care.
Full UK driving licence is essential.

What you'll get in return
You will be entitled a competitive hourly rate of pay and a mileage allowance and 28 days holiday. You will receive a comprehensive induction training and regular update training. Once you have passed your probation you will also be offered the opportunity to study towards QCF care qualifications.
