Service Manager Livingston Homecare. £30000.00 - £35000.00 per annum.

Your new company
The client is a market leader within the Domiciliary Care sector and has an immediate requirement for an experienced Service/Branch Manager to join them on a permanent basis and support them through a period of expansion.

Your new role
Due to securing a number of new contracts, they require a leader to guide the team through these changes. Main duties include:

  • Resource Management
  • KPI Performance Review
  • Implementing and streamlining procedures
  • Compliance and legislation
  • Managing service delivery
  • Implementation of company strategy
  • Complaint handling and resolution

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience in Social Care Management ideally within home care services. The ability to lead from the front and make quick business decisions is key. The ideal candidate will hold a current driving license and their own vehicle. Candidates must be willing to undertake a PVG/Disclosure Scotland check.

What you'll get in return
